GreenLoopPack exports compostable tableware via Hong Kong to restaurants, hotels, distributors, and cruise operators worldwide. Here’s how the process generally works.

1. Sample Request

Message us on WhatsApp or via the Contact page with the products and quantities you’re interested in. We’ll confirm sample availability, cost (if any), and delivery time.

2. Quotation

Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll issue a formal quotation covering unit price, MOQ, packaging, and estimated lead time based on your destination.

3. Payment Terms

Typical terms are a deposit to confirm the order, with the balance due before shipment — exact terms are confirmed in your quotation. We accept bank transfer (T/T); other terms can be discussed for larger or repeat orders.

4. Production & Lead Time

Lead time depends on order size and whether custom branding/packaging is involved — this is confirmed at quotation stage, along with expected completion date.

5. Shipping

We export via Hong Kong by sea or air freight depending on order size and urgency. Shipping cost and estimated transit time are quoted separately based on your destination port/airport. Customs clearance and any import duties in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
