These Terms of Service govern your use of greenlooppack.com and any quote, sample request, or order placed with GreenLoopPack.

Quotes & Pricing

Prices shown or quoted are subject to confirmation at the time of order and may vary based on quantity, specification, packaging, and shipping destination. Quotes are valid for the period stated in the quotation, or 14 days if not otherwise stated.

Samples

Sample availability, cost, and lead time are confirmed per request. Sample charges (if any) and shipping costs will be communicated before dispatch.

Orders & Payment

Order confirmation and payment terms (e.g. deposit and balance) are agreed in writing (email or WhatsApp) before production begins. Production only starts once the agreed deposit is received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Shipping & Delivery

Estimated lead times and shipping methods are provided at the time of quotation. See our Payment & Shipping page for general terms; actual transit times depend on the carrier and destination customs process, which are outside our control.

Product Specifications

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, materials, and certifications listed on this site are accurate. Minor variations in color, weight, or packaging print are normal in production runs and do not constitute a defect.

Website Use

Content on this site (text, images, product photography) is owned by GreenLoopPack or used with permission, and may not be reproduced without consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, GreenLoopPack’s liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the value of that order.
