Ordering
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)? MOQs vary by product and whether packaging is customized. We work with both small restaurant groups and larger hotel/cruise-line orders — contact us with your target quantity and we’ll confirm.
Can I get a free sample? Yes, in most cases. Message us via WhatsApp or the contact form with the products you’re interested in and we’ll confirm sample availability and any shipping cost.
Shipping
Where do you ship from? We export via Hong Kong, with production based near Shenzhen. This gives us flexible logistics to North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, and other markets. See Payment & Shipping for the full process.
Materials
Are your products fully compostable? It depends on the line. Our Zero-Plastic series (sugarcane bagasse, wheat straw) is plant fiber with no plastic content. Our Light-Plastic series is corn-starch based and in some products blended with food-grade PP for durability — see our Sustainability page and each product page for exact composition.
Customization
Do you offer custom branding (OEM)? Yes — logo printing, custom colors, and packaging configuration are available. See our OEM page for the process and typical lead times.
What are your payment terms? Typically a deposit to confirm the order with the balance due before shipment, paid by bank transfer (T/T). Exact terms are confirmed in your quotation.
